Beth and Don's destination wedding at Dreams Las Mareas was everything a Costa Rica beach wedding should be. Set on the golden sands of Playa El Jobo in northern Guanacaste, their celebration brought together their closest family and friends for a day filled with heartfelt vows, warm ocean breezes and a dazzling fireworks display that lit the entire sky over the Pacific.

Dreams Las Mareas is one of our favorite Guanacaste venues to photograph. The resort sits on its own private bay surrounded by jungle covered hills, and the beach stretches wide and empty in every direction, giving us the room to create images that feel expansive and cinematic. January and February bring the most reliable sunsets of the year here, with skies that turn from pink to gold in the span of ten unforgettable minutes.
